CALL&CLIL2019 Registration fees

 

How to proceed

1. Submit your abstract

2. You will receive the letter of abstract acceptance/rejection.

3. Submit your registration form.

4. You will receive the invoice.

5. Pay your conference fee.

6. You will receive the payment confirmation and confirmation that your registration has been completed.

7. Your presentation will be scheduled in the conference programme.

8. Submit your final paper.

A. The full (3-day) registration fee for attending & presenting participants includes:

  • admission to all plenaries and sessions
  • refreshments during the breaks on 11th and 12th June
  • 3-course lunches + soft drink on 11th and 11th June
  • guided walking tour around the Trnava historic centre on 11th June (in English, min. 1.5 hours)
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • Attendance and/or Author certificates
  • an abstract reviewing process and abstract publishing costs (web, e-Book of Abstracts),
  • a reviewing process of the conference paper(s) for the JoLaCE journal 
 

B. The reduced (2-day) registration fee for attending & presenting participants includes:

  • admission to all plenaries and sessions
  • refreshments during the breaks on 11th and 12th June
  • 3-course lunches + soft drink on 11th and 11th June
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • attendance and/or Author certificates
  • an abstract reviewing process and abstract publishing costs (web, e-Book of Abstracts),
  • a reviewing process of the conference paper(s) for the JoLaCE journal
 

C. The reduced (1-day) registration fee for attending & presenting participants includes:

  • admission to all plenaries and sessions
  • refreshments during the breaks on the day of registration
  • a 3-course lunch + soft drink on the day of registration
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • attendance and/or Author certificates
  • an abstract reviewing process and abstract publishing costs (web, e-Book of Abstracts),
  • a reviewing process of the conference paper(s) for the JoLaCE journal
 

D. The registration fee for virtual paper authors includes:

  • digital space in a virtual session of the conference,
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • a printed conference programme
  • attendance and/or Author certificates
  • an abstract reviewing process and abstract publishing costs (web, e-Book of Abstracts),
  • a reviewing process of the conference paper(s) for the JoLaCE journal
  • shipment costs (each registered virtual author will receive their conference bag with all conference materials and gifts, both attendance and author certificates, as well as an invoice of the registration fee via regular post. The shipment will be made after the conference).
     

E. The full (3-day) registration fee for attending-only and not-presenting conference participants includes:

  • admission to all plenaries and sessions
  • refreshments during the breaks on 11th and 12th June
  • 3-course lunches + soft drink on 11th and 11th June

G. The reduced (1-day) registration fee for attending-only and not attending participants includes:

  • admission to all plenaries and sessions
  • refreshments during the breaks on the day of registration
  • a 3-course lunch + soft drink on the day of registration
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • an attendance certificate.
 

The registration fee does not include accommodation, evening meals, and a wine road.

Conference participants are nor bind to publish their final papers in the conference journals. Therefore, publishing fees have been separated from the conference fees.

 

 

Payment

Registration fees should be paid only AFTER receiving the invoice from the organisational committee.

The registration fee can be paid via:

a) PayPal

 

b) WesternUnion

WesternUnion charges you a service fee (15-20 USD) when you make a money transfer. Please contact the CLEaR2015 Organising Committee to ask for the recipient’s information.

 

c) a bank transfer to the following bank account:

Invoices of the registration fees (in pdf) will be sent to all participants via e-mail along with their registration notifications. The printed and signed copies of invoices will be provided along with the other conference materials in conference bags on June 11th, 2019.

Cancellation

  • A 25 EUR administration fee is taken for any cancellation.
  • A full refund (´- 25 EUR) will be given for cancellations received before May 31st, 2019 (included).
  • No refund will be given for cancellations received after May 31th, 2019.
